HOAs Graded ("we", "us") operates HOAsGraded.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account data — email, optional display name, and authentication identifiers when you sign up.
• Content you submit — reviews, watchlist items, HOA submissions, and disputes you choose to send us.
• Payment data — handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Usage data — privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics via Plausible. No cookies, no cross-site tracking.

How we use information

We use your information to provide the service, send transactional emails (account, purchase, review status), publish approved reviews, and improve our independent grading methodology. We do not sell personal data.

Email preferences

You can manage email preferences in your profile. Every marketing or digest email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

Data retention

We retain account and review data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting privacy@hoasgraded.com.
