The service

HOAs Graded aggregates publicly available information about homeowners associations and combines it with resident-submitted reviews to produce an independent Community Score. We are not affiliated with any HOA or management company.

Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Reviews and content

• Reviews must reflect your honest, first-hand experience.
• No personal attacks, doxxing, or content you do not have rights to post.
• We may remove or edit content that violates these terms.
• You grant HOAs Graded a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute approved reviews.

Purchases

Full Grade Reports are one-time purchases that unlock the report for the purchasing account. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. All payments are processed by Stripe.

Nothing on HOAs Graded constitutes legal, financial, or real-estate advice. See our disclaimer for details.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile.
